Meet Your Mentor Match at #data16

You’ve read about my thoughts on mentoring and how one of my mentors keeps me on my toes (thanks Matt Francis).  If not, check it out here! You’ve read how Allan and Anya complement each other as a result of their connection.  Connection is such a big part of mentoring that Anya, Alex, me, and the fine folks of Tableau want to help you make that mentoring match and connect with them at conference. 

Follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Sign up for mentoring
Mentoring is a great way to learn from others, share your knowledge (be a leader!), and make connections. Getting a mentor or mentee is super easy! Select a skill, view results, and email them!

Step 2: Meet your mentor match at data16
Once you've signed up for a mentoring, use this viz to look through your potential matches.  If you and your mentor/mentee are at conference, try to meet up! We’ll have tables in the community lounge dedicated to mentoring. Grab a coffee and meet up! Talking in person is so much better than Skype (trust me on this)!
